Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Legal information

lookoom is operated by G Networks, registered in France under SIREN 753 647 585, located at 100 rue Vulfran Warme, 80000 Amiens, France. Contact: support@lookoom.app. See also the legal notice.

2. Scope

These terms govern your use of the lookoom.app website and the early-access waitlist. The lookoom deployment platform itself is not yet generally available; when it launches, its use will be governed by dedicated terms of service presented at signup.

3. The service (pre-launch)

lookoom is a deployment platform under active development: it builds and runs full-stack applications, APIs, and background services, together with managed Postgres and Valkey, from a git push. Content on this site — including features, availability dates, regions, and pricing — is informational and indicative only. It does not constitute a contractual offer, and may change before launch without notice.

4. Waitlist

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

When the platform launches, plans will be bounded by fair-use compute and storage, and sustained abuse — such as crypto mining, public file distribution, or open proxies — will not be permitted. The platform's dedicated terms of service will define these rules precisely.

6. Intellectual property

The lookoom name, logo, design, and site content are the property of G Networks unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer and liability

This site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep its information accurate but give no warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, G Networks is not liable for damages arising from the use of this site or from reliance on pre-launch information published on it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the latest version always lives at this address with its update date. Using the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amiens, France, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
