1. Data controller

The data controller is G Networks (operating lookoom), registered in France under SIREN 753 647 585, located at 100 rue Vulfran Warme, 80000 Amiens, France. Contact: support@lookoom.app.

2. What we collect

lookoom is currently a pre-launch website. The only personal data we collect is:

• Waitlist email address — the address you submit through the early-access form, together with consent evidence (timestamp, the page you signed up from, and the version of this policy in force).
• Technical logs — our CDN provider processes standard connection data (IP address, user agent) to serve the site and protect it against abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.

This website sets no cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your email address solely to send you early-access invitations and product-launch updates about lookoom. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to support@lookoom.app.

4. How we record your consent

When you submit the form, your address joins the waitlist immediately and we record your consent alongside it: the date and time, the page you signed up from, and the version of this policy in force. We do not require a confirmation click, so you never risk missing an email to complete your signup. You can remove your address at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

5. Processors and recipients

Waitlist emails are stored with Brevo (Brevo SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which acts as our processor for email delivery and list management. Brevo primarily processes data in the European Union; certain Brevo sub-processors may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) as described in Brevo's privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

6. Analytics

If enabled, we measure site audience with a self-hosted instance of Umami, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics tool running on our own servers in the European Union. It stores no personal identifiers and sets no cookies.

7. Retention

Waitlist addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after collection if lookoom has not launched or you have not interacted with our emails — after which they are deleted.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (art. 15–22) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@lookoom.app and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Changes

We will update this policy as lookoom evolves (for example when accounts and the platform launch). Material changes are announced to the waitlist. The latest version always lives at this address.
